All sessions are conducted remotely. The reading is delivered by email within 2 business days of the chosen booking date.

In accordance with applicable law, all services are offered strictly for personal development purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made online in full at the time of booking, via the secure platforms Stripe. No banking information is stored on this website.

5. Refund Policy

If your reading cannot be provided by the practitioner for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If the requested reading is not delivered within two (2) business days of your scheduled session, you will automatically receive a full refund.

This refund policy applies equally to phone and Zoom sessions.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session, or who arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late, will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend joining a few minutes early to avoid any delays.

6. Personal Data (GDPR)

This data is used solely for processing the booking and delivering the service. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Data is retained for 1 year / 3 years from the date of booking, after which it is permanently deleted.
